  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000

  • A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000

Advance Delivery Charges

For orders below Rs. 5,000, the delivery charge of Rs. 200 must be paid in advance before the order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (depending on the contact information provided). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. TinyMiny Toys is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
